Initial Consultation
We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can find out if Medical Speech Pathology is a good fit for you.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
$193.99 per hour as outlined in the NDIS price guide. Travel for home visiting services is additional and is priced as per rates recommended by the NDIS to cover clinician time and running costs of the vehicle.
Services available include initial consultations, ongoing therapy/intervention, NDIS assessment and review reports, swallow assessments, mealtime management plans and staff/carer training.
*Please note that we only see plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Private
$193.99 per hour – in-clinic or telehealth, applicable for both face-to-face and non-face-to-face supports (eg. letters to GPs and other specialists).
Mobile home-visiting services incur an additional fee to cover travel time and running costs of vehicle.
Support at Home
Based on our standard clinical rate of $193.99/hour, services are invoiced at a unit price incorporating direct and indirect Speech Pathology support and travel where applicable. Please contact us for our current Support at Home Schedule of Fees.
Medicare
We accept Chronic Condition Management Plans from your General Practitioner. This allows for 5 sessions per calendar year to be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Sessions are charged at the full private amount and then you are able to claim the rebate online through the Medicare portal – we can provide support with this.
National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ)
Medical Speech Pathology are registered to provide services for individuals under NIISQ.
Rates in line with current Workcover fee schedule
Professional Supervision
$193.99 + GST per hour for individuals, or group prices available. Offered via telehealth Australia-wide.Â
